Wine and Music Pairing: Great Southern Riesling by Jimi (Castelli Estate)

Much like the wine, this soundtrack hits all the right notes.

We were lucky enough to get Jimi, from Castelli Estate, to take a break from managing national sales and exports so he could put together a playlist for us to pair with the Great Southern’s hero varietal, Riesling.
